                                                                                 Story of Experience  

In the last 45 years in the construction building industry, I started out at the age of 15 years old helping a developer that started building some high-end homes in a small `country town neighborhood of Sandy Hook Connecticut, there I was picking up scrap debris on the construction site and soon learning the installation of clapboard and cedar shake siding with an old school Italian craftsmen, from there my passion and interest in the home building construction industry became larger with the curiosity and wanting to learn all the trades I could, through the years before going into the United States Army at the age of 19 and continued with building construction there after my service. I had learned a lot of aspects of building, worked with builders from digging the hole to forming the foundations to framing of structures and along with architectural study in school learning how to read and draw project drawings. for many years to follow I've studied electrical, plumbing, and hvac to understand how they worked, I've gained the basic experience from rough ins and then went on to learn and performed insulation, drywall installation, taping, painting, decorating and trim carpentry right to the finishes of a brand-new homes.
For many years of being in the fields actually performing, perfecting and understanding all these process's I then went on to project management with several Drywall construction companies for many years managing multiple then on to work for a very large development company that built some pretty amazing community projects throughout the tri-state area there I started and working as an assistant finish superintendent, finish superintendent, framing superintendent, general superintendent all within 5 years with the company the next 7 years went onto construction manager and  executive project manager. I want to add that I've also won many customers service awards through customer surveys and their mention along with company outstanding service awards and recipient for the company at the HOBIE Awards on best multimillion dollar Club houses, Cluster high end homes, Best community, and Best specific models. In all my years it has been a pleasure to work for and with many Celebrities, Pro sports players, top military people and a major asset to top companies. Later in my career as a veteran I have provided my services as a building consultant, a handyman specialist, owner representative project manager and working with top notch decorators from New York City, it has been an amazing career in residential, commercial, restorations and renovations. At 62 years of age, I want to bring clients the very best in customer service, punctuality and to provide the best that I can with my services in building a great client base in handyman services along with my experience to consult and manage projects.  My LLC is state certified, I am licensed for business by the county of Sarasota and carry the proper insurance. On all handyman services I will be the sole provider of that service.
